Holiday homes on the east side of La Palma | |
| On the eastern side of La Palma are the airport, the capital Santa Cruz de La Palma, the tourist centre Los Cancajos and many small villages. The area is characterised by the steep slopes from the sea up to the backbone of the island, The Cumbre. At the highest altitudes there is often a cloud hugging the mountainside but the coastal area has pleasant and stable temperatures all through the year. From our accommodations on this side of the island you can explore Santa Cruz, the villages, the volcanoes in the South and the villages in the North East. They are within easy reach of, for example, the Sub-tropical rainforest at Los Tilos, the walk through tunnels to the waterfalls, the fresh-water swimming pools in the North East and much more. |
